Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before enrolling. By joining Darul shahabisht -ul- islamia, you agree to adhere to the following policies designed to ensure a focused and respectful learning environment.
Advance Payment
Payment must be made in advance after the trial period to confirm enrollment and secure the designated class schedule.
Class Attendance
Students are required to be online for the full scheduled time. Tardy arrivals do not extend the class duration.
Leave & Cancellation
A minimum of 2 hours prior notice is strictly required for any class cancellation or request for leave.
Class Platform
Classes must be conducted using only the designated IDs and official links provided by the Academy administration.
calendar_month Monthly Leave Policy
A maximum of 2 days off per month is permitted. No makeup classes will be provided if leaves exceed this limit.
account_balance_wallet Fee Structure
There shall be no reduction in monthly fees for student absences or leaves taken during the billing cycle.
Leaving Academy
One full month notice is required before leaving the academy to process termination properly.
Communication
All complaints or major academic issues must be communicated directly to Management, not solely to tutors.
