calendar_clock Trial Class Policy
We offer a complimentary trial session to ensure our teaching methodology aligns with the student's needs. If a student decides not to proceed after the trial class, no fees will be charged. However, once regular classes commence, our standard policies apply.
event_busy Class Cancellation & Rescheduling
To maintain the rhythm of learning, consistent attendance is vital. If a student needs to cancel a scheduled class, a minimum of 6 hours notice is required to arrange a makeup session, subject to teacher availability.
- Makeup classes are not guaranteed for late cancellations or no-shows.
- If a teacher cancels a class, a makeup session will definitely be provided or the fee adjusted.
payments Monthly Fees & Leaves
Our fee structure is designed to secure dedicated time slots with our expert teachers. Therefore, the monthly fee remains fixed regardless of the number of weeks in a month or student absences.
Important Leave Conditions:
- Student leave does not reduce the monthly fees.
- A maximum of 2 leave days are permitted per month without affecting scheduled progress.
- Extended leaves require prior approval and may require fee payment to hold the time slot.
assignment_return Notice Period & Refund Eligibility
We value long-term commitment to Quranic education. If you must discontinue classes, a one-month notice period is strictly required before leaving. Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances where the Academy fails to provide the agreed-upon services and are calculated on a pro-rata basis.
